Home Disorders Foot High Arches

High Arches

The hollow foot is mostly a congential malposition with a marked protrusion from the heel to the toes. Due to the profound shortage, the foot becomes unelastic and pressure sores, calluses and corns occur.
The treatment depends on how serious the deformity is. A flexible hollow foot is treated with inlays. The rigid hollow foot is corrected via operation and possibly with a rearrangement osteotomy of the metatarsus. Supporting the treatment, foot gymnastics and comfortable shoes relieve the pains.
