All human cells must be constantly supplied with sufficient oxygen (02). This is a basic prerequisite for the formation energy of each cell depend on which all life processes and vital functions.
At rest, we take over the breathing oxygen at 250 ml per minute. When walking, the oxygen uptake doubled to about 500 ml per minute. While jogging, we take 2000 ml per minute oxygen, that is eight times as much 02 as in peace.
The simplest form of oxygen therapy is thus any physical activity. This should preferably take place in nature. The type of movement, intensity and duration will be discussed with the doctor and advised individually.
For specific disorders or diseases in addition to the inhalation of oxygen is used. This therapy is based in part on the practice of multi-step oxygen therapy by Prof. von Ardenne. With this treatment is achieved by oxygen inhalation increases the oxygen concentration in the blood. Non-performing tissue or cells can be under-served in this way again supplied with oxygen. Regeneration and healing at the cellular level will therefore only possible again.
An expert consultation and therapy control are the use of oxygen as a 'drug' is essential.
